This place is really top-notch and safe. The manager Connie is a gem. It's so nice to meet genuine good people. The storage spaces are clean, and the property is top tier safe. Highly recommend if you're in Tyler or Whitehouse.

I was beyond impressed with Pack Rat Self Storage in whitehouse, texas. Ive used a number of storage companies in the past. This one by far is my favorite. Connie, their location manager is single-handedly one of the best employees I have ever interacted with. She was so kind and helpful to me in a difficult situation and always with a smile and answers to every question. It was super easy to set everything up, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a well kept facility to use Pack Rat Storage. They have an incredible staff and the best rates in town.

We have used this place multiple times! It has been a great experience each time. Connie is always so nice and helpful, when we need something. The time came for us to move our stuff out, it was the last day of the month and the weather was bad. She told us we could move out the next day, free of charge, so it would be nicer weather! So nice! They also gave us a Veteran’s discount!! We never had any problems getting in and out of the place and our stuff was always secure! Highly recommend Pack Rat Storage!

Kaylyn who works in the office is so kind and caring. She made the effort to get to know my in-laws who had been tenants for many years and made every effort to assist me when I had to begin to manage their account. I have since lost both my mother and father in-law and she went over and above my expectations and worked with me on settling their account. I would highly recommend this facility and will not hesitate to rent from them in the future.

Moved my daughter into this facility this week & I also rented a uhaul moving truck from this location. The manager Amy was great, answered all my questions and helped us choose the correct size unit and offered a great move in promotion. The facility is very clean and the property is well lite at night and monitor with 24/7 security. I highly recommend to anyone needing a storage around the lindlae/hideaway area.
